Currently, there is a discussion thread which can be found here. If there are any bugs/issues please message me directly, perhaps I will set up a google form for these to be submitted in the future. You can also use Start Traffic to enable traffic mode for all other vehicles, including ones that you manually spawned in.
When in parts editor for the vehicles, be sure that "GG Unibody" is selected to be able to access the derby parts. Select Spawn (Normal) to create traffic with a typical group of vehicles, or Spawn (Police) to create traffic that includes a few police vehicles. There are a couple of skins which are included, one in each of the 3 vehicles included. This mod is meant to be used with " Demolition Derby - The Fairgrounds" and also pairs well with another demolition derby mod: " Realistic Derby Project"
